The bench accessory you never knew you need. We designed ROM RIDGE to maximize range of motion by getting your shoulder blades off of the bench back. This allows your scapulae to move and have a larger stretch on the pecs.
ROM RIDGE is designed to be universal and fit all benches, it features two adjustable straps to keep it secure to your bench. The straps have side release POM-C buckles to make setup and removal quick and easy.
